After a year from off the pitch, FC Davis officially received the green light for a return to action this summer.
This week, information on our NPSL men's team will be distributed. Next week, our WPSL women's team information will be distributed.
Our defending NPSL Golden Gate Conference Champions are scheduled to resume play in May with a competition format dependent on state guidelines.
Current COVID-19 restrictions on adult sports impose an adjacent county rule, which only allows competition with teams in neighboring counties. If this rule is lifted, FC Davis will be taking part in a full NPSL season. In the event California does not lift the adjacent county rule, an altered season format will take place.
The Lions are scheduled to return much of their 2019 championship-winning side with a couple of new additions to complement an already loaded roster.
Included on the list of returners for FC Davis is superstar Onah Power, one of the nations top players. The dynamic and charismatic midfielder orchestrates the team on both offense and defense, setting the tone and intensity for the defending champions. The Lions will also return speed demons Evan Barrett and Kennedy Chongo who tortured defenses on the wings en route to leading the league in goals scored.

When is the 2021 NPSL schedule going to be released?
Our 2021 NPSL schedule will be released in late April.
Are there any expansion teams for the 2021 season?
Yes! We are excited to welcome Contra Costa FC to the Golden Gate Conference.
Are fans allowed at matches?
Effective April 1st, outdoor sporting events can allow spectators at matches. Depending on the color tier of Yolo County fan attendance can range from 20 percent in the red tier, 33 percent in the orange tier, and 66 percent in the yellow tier.

How are game day tickets going to work this season?
FC Davis will have tickets available online and at the gate. Due to anticipated attendance limits, a reserved lot will be held for each category; walk-ups and online purchases.
Are there any season passes available?
We have very few NPSL season passes still available. If you are interested in a men's season pass, please enter your information HERE.
For those that held 2020 season passes, your pass automatically rolls over into 2021.
When will a roster be released?
Our 2021 NPSL roster is scheduled to be released on April 25th!
Are there tryouts for 2021?
Due to COVID-19, FC Davis will not be conducting tryouts this season. Tryouts will resume in 2022.
