FC Davis Hosts 1st Place Napa Valley 1839 on Saturday Night, April 14th at 7:00PM

Matchday #4 sees Napa Valley 1839 visiting FC Davis for a clash at the top of the table.

Napa Valley is sitting at 2-1-1, with their only loss coming this past weekend to El Faralito (San Francisco) 2-3.

An experienced squad with a potent attack, Napa Valley has been scoring their way to victories. A bit suspect at the back, FC Davis hopes to exploit the Napa defense with its pace and power.

FC Davis is sitting at 0-2-1, barley missing out on two victories. Despite entertaining play, the Golden Lions have been unable to capitalize on the quality chances they are creating throughout the match. As a resulting the sit with two ties and one loss.

Both teams are in need of a win to keep pace in the top 3.

It should be an entertaining affair when 1839 and the Golden Lions take the field Saturday night at 7:00pm!

Injury Report

FC Davis hit a bit of an injury bug with midfielders Allan Espinoza and Carlos Carranza picking up groin and hamstring injuries. Outside back Logan Magonigal was also sidelined with a shoulder injury that took place during training.

Returning Players

Andisheh Bagheri makes his return to the team after a brief time out alongside Julian Ruzzier-Gaul. Both players are available for selection against Napa Valley 1839.
