It's winner take all when Academica SC visits Davis tonight at 7:00pm.
The Lions host their conference rival from Turlock in a match that will see the winner take first seed in the Golden Gate Conference Playoffs.
Currently Davis sits in first place with 15 points, while Academica is a step down in second place with 13 points. San Francisco powerhouse El Farolito is tied with Academica on points (13) but sit in third due to goal differential.
A win or tie and the Lions capture the first seed. Even if El Farolito win and are even on points with Davis after a tie, the men in black and gold take the head-to-head tie breaker after a 5-1 thrashing of their Bay Area friends.
A loss could potentially see the Lions slip from first place to third should El Farolito beat Napa Valley and Academica takes a road win in Davis.
